Christian Browne, Managing Director, Solicitor (Corporate Finance and Intellectual Property)

 

Chris specialises in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law and is based in our Market Harborough office. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, private equity and investments and regularly advises on international transactions. Chris also advises on commercial disputes including director and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and intellectual property infringement actions.

 

In addition to his role with Summerfield Browne Limited he is also a legal advisor with the Institute of Directors and holds a legal surgery each Tuesday at the IOD’s premises in Pall Mall, London.

Hugh Mulley, Senior Consultant Solicitor (Corporate Finance and Commercial)

 

Hugh is a specialist company and commercial lawyer with over 20 years experience acting for clients across the business spectrum. He advises on a wide range of company and commercial legal matters, including:

Andrew Royce, Senior Consultant Solicitor (Corporate and Commercial)

 

Andrew advises businesses in all aspects especially terms and conditions, commercial property, dealing with Banks and mergers and acquisitions. He has been doing this as a solicitor  for over 25 years for businesses up to £50m turnover. Andrew has substantial experience  in commercial advice and strategy, consolidated with an MBA from Lancaster University. Rosa Monica Colacicco, Paralegal (Commercial and Litigation)

 

Rosa Monica  is a Qualified Italian Lawyer, registered at Rome Bar Association since 2000,  with extensive experience in commercial and civil law, able to move between legal consultancy service and litigation.  In particular,  she advises clients on (i) Consumer Law (ii) Contracts Law, Sale of Goods, Supply of Goods and Services (iii) Debtor-creditor matters. She is a practiced litigator, very keen on writing persuasive claims and briefs.  She has represented a few Multinational Company, in Italian Courts, in disputes about liability for defective products and has managed a high-volume caseload for both claimant and defendant involving sale of goods, supply of goods and services, breach of contracts and in debt recovery matters, including enforcements of judgments.  She has strong attention to the Client’s best interests, always thriving to be effective and prompt.
