Tom also advises on Employment Law including wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal and redundancy claims and frequently advises clients on settlement agreements (previously known as compromise agreements).

"I was a client of Tom at his old firm a while back and decided to come back to him at his new practice for a new matter. I found him to be very trustworthy, respectable and prompt to respond to my messages and calls. He was clear, succinct and offered a balance sheet approach with a burdens and benefits analysis with options relating to my case to help me inform my decision. Having forged a good professional rapport with Tom which has eventually developed into a trusting partnership has convinced me that he was the right person to turn to."
