Summerfield Browne are continuing with their expansion plans and have now opened a new office at 5 Museum Square, Leicester. Summerfield Browne Solicitors are pleased to announce to appointment of Penelope Summerfield as Operations & HR Officer. Penelope will be responsible for recruitment, HR and compliance matters.

Summerfield Browne Solicitors announce that Kalpna Mistry has joined as a solicitor in the commercial department of the practice. Kalpna joins us from Harborough District Council where she had a wide remit, and included advising on planning, commercial property and general commercial legal matters.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of two more senior consultant solicitors. We have appointed Sarah Hougie as a senior consultant solicitor in our litigation team. Sarah is a specialist solicitor in civil enforcement compliance and dispute resolution. We have also appointed Suraiya Haq as a senior consultant solicitor in our litigation team. Suraiya has extensive civil and commercial litigation experience in both the High Court and County Court.
