Colin qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and specialises in Commercial Property law and private client work and is based in London. He advises on commercial property transactions and drafts and negotiates commercial leases, deeds of variation, deeds of surrenders, lease renewals and rent reviews. He also advises on wills and probate matters.
In addition to his role with Summerfield Browne Limited, Colin also practices as a Notary Public and is a member of the Notaries Society and the Worshipful Company of Scrivener Notaries in the City of London.
