Day 8 – Void Contract
Definition: A contract that is invalid and unenforceable from the outset, often because it lacks essential elements or involves an illegal subject matter.
Example: A contract to commit a crime, such as smuggling, would be void.
Example: a vendor agrees to sell stolen Christmas trees to a market stallholder. This contract is void since the subject matter is illegal.
