Corné holds an LLB degree and is a Chartered Legal Executive Trainee Lawyer specialising in Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation, with a strong focus on commercial disputes, all property disputes and telecommunications infrastructure matters. She acts for both claimants and defendants and has solid practical experience of the civil litigation process, including supporting counsel in supervised hearings and court proceedings.
Alongside her legal training with a Barrister, Corné brings over 24 years’ experience in the
telecommunications and technology infrastructure sector, advising operators, joint ventures, and suppliers across the UK technology ecosystem having worked for all the major operators in the UK. Her work spans disputes relating to commercial agreements, property rights, lease structures, infrastructure access, and site occupation. This rare combination of legal and sector expertise enables her to provide commercially focused, practical dispute resolution support.
