Siobhan is a Litigation Executive, graduating at Manchester Metropolitan University with a Law Degree with Honours and then completing post-graduate qualifications specialising in Civil and Criminal Litigation. Siobhan has been a Graduate and Advanced Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2010 and qualified in 2012.
Siobhan has extensive management experience and has been a Litigation Manager and Head of Department providing technical and litigation expertise in both Claimant and Defendant firms.
Siobhan specialises in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Siobhan’s experience is all types of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, motor insurers bureau claims, criminal injuries, prisoner injuries, employers’ liability and public liability. Siobhan also works on privacy law and cyber crime cases including data breaches, hacking and criminal activities.
Siobhan also enjoys resolving disputes through mediation, negotiation or litigation where necessary. Siobhan has a strong knowledge of the CPR and case law and enjoys being a technical lawyer knowing the litigation process and procedures.
