Vickki is a Chartered Legal Executive regulated by the Royal Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
With over 24 years’ experience in personal injury and clinical negligence law she has helped hundreds of individuals and their families to secure fair and just compensation for their injuries.
Vickki qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2004, having worked in a paralegal role whilst undertaking her legal studies via distance learning. After spending 20 years in a medium sized Leicester law firm, heading up their Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department , she moved to another Leicestershire firm to set up a similar department before spending 2 ½ years with a large West Midlands firm.
Vickki predominantly deals with all types of clinical negligence claims, including birth injury, late diagnosis, failure to diagnose, lack of informed consent, dental negligence, negligent surgery and much more.
She provides ongoing support, identifying all heads of claim with a view to maximising the compensation recovered
Vickki is able to offer representation under the terms of a Conditional Fee Agreement in certain circumstances.
