At Summerfield Browne Solicitors, we have adopted an innovative approach to the way we operate which allows us to reduce our overheads and pass the savings we make on to our clients in the form of reduced legal fees.
Most law firms will operate entirely out of their offices. Once their business has expanded, they’ll open further premises to provide legal services to new areas. While this is a great idea, it does mean that the law firm then has high overheads, because they’re having to pay to utilise their office spaces.
We do use this method and we also have several premises across England, however, we don’t operate exclusively out of our office. We have merged this standard traditional approach with a flexible consultancy-based services model, which allows us to provide services to our clients remotely.
This reduces our overheads, as we aren’t using the offices as much as most companies, and we pass this saving onto our customers, by reducing the legal fees we ask them to pay.
Using the latest in IT technology, we have created a system that allows us to meet with and help our clients virtually. This means we have more time and more flexibility and as a result, our clients are always able to meet with their solicitors quickly, whenever an issue arises. However, we do still welcome face-to-face meetings, we are happy to invite our clients either into our offices or we will meet at our client’s business premises, whichever is easiest for our customers.

The legal services we provide are perfect for all businesses, regardless of their size. We work with sole traders, partnerships and even larger limited companies, whatever the size of your business or the size of your legal problem, we can help you.
Our flexible, reduced pricing gives you peace of mind that your legal fees are never going to become an expense you can’t afford. We are entirely transparent with our legal fees and wherever possible we try to cap these to ensure your legal service is always affordable to you.
